My family and I stayed in a hotel situated on one of the busiest streets in the city. the location was far from the train station and bus stop. the hotel staff was helpful and responsive. the room cleanliness and amenities were good. the restaurant served exceptional food with a varied selection. There was an Indomaret next to the hotel, which was convenient.

The room service dishes' taste wasn't up to our expectations.

The hotel provided exceptional food variety during my business trip. The staff was always responsive and helpful. to the modern and clean amenities, I enjoyed using the gym which a friend deemed pretty nice. Lastly, having an Indomaret nearby was an added convenience.

One of the major downsides was the heavy traffic right outside the hotel due to its location. Public transportation was not easily accessible as well.

The hotel location was perfect, close to public facilities including hospitals, malls, and transportation. the breakfast served at the hotel was really good, and the selection was widely varied, with original foods from Indonesian Chinese that tasted delicious.

There was nothing we didn't like at this hotel.

The interior design of the hotel is stunning with minimalist decor and a calming color scheme. the rooftop pool is a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city. the location is highly convenient, with easy access to hospitals, malls, and transportation facilities. the renovated basement parking lot now has a smooth flow and eliminates the dreaded sharp turn.

The room service menu needs some improvement with the taste of some dishes falling short. the air conditioning in the room was problematic, often fluctuating between too cold and too hot.

Clean, comfortable, close to public facilities, renovated parking lot, friendly staff, delicious coffee.

Nothing to dislike.

While I was hoping for a bit more variety in terms of Western food, most of the options were Asian/Indonesian dishes. The only Western stations offered cereal and bread. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were great. The room was just the right size, not too small or too big. The hotel's location is also convenient, close to public facilities, bus station, hospital, supermarket, restaurants. the hotel is still new, so all the facilities are in great condition.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the parking lot had a sharp turn and could benefit from being expanded with more parking spaces around the lobby area.

The location is perfect, being close to public facilities like hospitals, malls, and transportation. We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and modern feel of the place. The staff here are incredibly helpful and responsive, making us feel well taken care of. The amenities are top-notch, especially the iron in the room, which came in handy. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed trying the delicious Indonesian Chinese dishes. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience here.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
